What documents do I need to rent a car?

You will need a valid driving license and a valid identification card or passport. International visitors must hold a valid international or recognized driving license in Malaysia.


How can I make a booking?

You can easily make a booking through our online booking system by selecting your preferred car, rental dates, and location. If you need assistance, you may also contact us directly via WhatsApp.


Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off?

Yes, we provide pick-up and drop-off services at Bintulu Airport. Please inform us in advance so we can arrange the vehicle to be ready for you upon arrival.


Is there a security deposit required?

A security deposit may be required depending on the vehicle type and rental duration. The deposit will be refunded after the vehicle is returned in good condition, subject to our rental terms.


Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, rental extensions are allowed subject to vehicle availability. Please contact us as early as possible to avoid any inconvenience.


What happens if the car breaks down during the rental period?

In the unlikely event of a breakdown, please contact us immediately. We will provide assistance or arrange a replacement vehicle where possible.


Is fuel included in the rental price?

Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level. Fuel charges may apply if the fuel level is lower upon return.


Can someone else drive the rented car?

Additional drivers are allowed but must be registered in advance and meet our driving requirements.


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are subject to our rental terms. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

Insurance & Responsibility (FAQ)

Are the rental cars insured?

Yes, all our vehicles are insured as required by law for road use. However, this insurance is primarily for legal and third-party purposes and does not automatically cover the renter for damages.


Is insurance coverage included in the rental price?

No, insurance coverage is not included in the rental price. Renters are fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period.


What happens if an accident occurs during my rental?

If an accident occurs, please contact us immediately. If the accident is caused by the renter’s fault or negligence, the renter will be fully responsible for all damages, repair costs, and related expenses.


Am I responsible even though the car has insurance?

Yes. Although the vehicle is insured for legal requirements, the renter remains responsible for any loss, damage, or accident caused during the rental period.


Is a police report required in case of an accident?

Yes, a police report may be required for all accident cases. Failure to provide a police report may result in full liability for damages.


Do you provide a replacement car after an accident?

Replacement vehicles are not guaranteed and will depend on availability and the situation. Each case will be reviewed individually.
