Eligibility: Renters must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license.
Vehicle Use: The vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes. Off-road driving is prohibited.
Booking and Payment: Payment is due upon vehicle arrival or pick-up. Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental.
Vehicle Condition: Inspect the vehicle upon pick-up and report any issues immediately.
Return Policy: Return the vehicle to the agreed location on time. Late returns incur extra charges.
Damage and Liability: The renter is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
Traffic Violations: The renter is responsible for any fines or penalties incurred.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the rental start date.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days for eligible cancellations.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
